March 12th, marks the 126th anniversary of the famous NYC blizzard which tied up the city and post office causing a Blizzard Stamp to be prepared. March 15th—the Ides of March—marks the date of Julius Caesar's assassination in 44 BC. On March 31, 1933 the Civilian Conservation Corps was founded by President Roosevelt and ran from 1933 to 1942.
